Actions on any hotspots from layer buttons

<action name="menos">
add(newscale,scale,-0.01);
tween(scale,get(newscale));
</action>

<action name="mas">
add(newscale,scale,0.01);
tween(scale,get(newscale));
</action>

I have two actions and I have two layer buttons: btn + and btn -.
How can I do so that when I do onclick any hotspot the action "menos" or the action "mas" are executed?

Yes, I do click on any hotspot and scale hotspot + or - from button layers
