Google's Map Javascript API Not Loading

Hello,
I am attempting to load Google map for the first time and wonder if anyone out there could point me to the right direction.
So I requested and activated a Googlemap javascript API key and entered the key in tour.xml that was automatically generated by Krpano (see below)
Yet, I am getting an error message saying it is not loaded. Any suggestions, please?

Loading restriction solved

Problem solved.
It was caused by Google's API usage management that restricts access. Access restriction was configured in the attached page. This may not be obvious to new comers as trying to navigate through Google API Platform isn't straight forward.
One hurdle jumped and there will be more ahead.....
