Since i've had no response from any kind of support service, could anyone here help me? Or someone from everpano Support, just for a change?

I posted my issues in everpano's page contact form 3 or 4 days ago and so far i had no answer from anyone. The program is simply not working as it should.
I follow the workflow and when i render the project, there is only a dollhouse model. No hotspots, no thumbnails, just the dollhouse.

^ Up here you can see one of my tests, tried uninstalling both everpano and krpano, adding and skipping steps in the process but the outcome is always the same.
What am i doing wrong?
