Cubestrip with preview, where's the "rotate"?

I made my image with PTGui Pro and chose the cubestrip (no playing around with 6 separete images) but PTGui doesn't allow me to change the angle of top and bottom pictures. So, I have to use the following:

Source code

1
2
3
4
5
<image type="CUBESTRIP">
<cubestrip url="panorama.cubic.jpg" />
<down rotate="-90" />
<up rotate="-270" />
</image>

that works just as it should work, but the Preview-tag doesn't have the "down" and the "up" parameters? I can write:

Source code

1
2
3
<preview type="CUBESTRIP"
 url="preview_panorama.cubic.jpg"
/>

but there's no chance to rotate the up and down? What to do? Is it possible to inherit settings from the image tag to the preview tag?

I'd suggest an inherit or new parameter: rotate="-90+0-270+0"

I'm using the latest beta, 1.0.8 b 8.

I use this one

Source code

1
2
3
4
5
6
7
8
<image type="CUBE" tilesize="auto">
		<left  url="img_l.jpg" rotate="0" flip="" />
		<front url="img_f.jpg" rotate="0" flip="" />
		<right url="img_r.jpg" rotate="0" flip="" />
		<back  url="img_b.jpg" rotate="0" flip="" />
		<up    url="img_u.jpg" rotate="0" flip="" />
		<down  url="img_d.jpg" rotate="0" flip="" />
	</image>

Hi,

for cubestrip preview's there is currently no rotate possibility,
I had though that would be really necessary
maybe in one of the next releases,

best regards,
Klaus

Just want to add that joekki's way for cubestrip image did not work for me - and I don't know why:

Source code

1
2
3
4
...
<down rotate="-90" />
<up rotate="-270" />
...

Instead, I changed the striporder. Don't want to crosspost, so see my solution here:
