Admin Password on cloned and copied system not valid

Hi!
Thank you for the Version 4.0.6! *thumbup*

In the previous version and still now I have a problem to login in the admin Panel of a system that I cloned and copied to a clients server. I type in the login data, press "Sign In" and get "Incorrect login and/or password. Forgot password?". *confused*

Any ideas?

I cannot judge the reasons for this. You have provided too little information. Password resetting has been tested many times and has always worked correctly.
Are you sure that the client server meets the minimum system requirements? Are you sure you are entering the correct email? Did you clear the system cache after moving the system to another server?

Send to my email a link to the panel with admin email and temporary FTP data.

Version 4.2.0 of CMS4VR is ready.

Hello

Finally, version 4.2.0. has been completed ‼
The most important change is the addition of a video conferencing plugin *thumbup* . Now, completely free of charge, you can have online conversations directly in the virtual tour window.
Below is the list of all features and changes.

  • New Live Conference plugin component‼
  • Moving the preloader to CSS file.
  • Extended photo modification in the text editor (Admin panel). You can add attributes like link, class etc. to IMG element.
  • Added button in the text editor that cleans text from unnecessary elements from MS Word and similar
  • New Krpano engine version 1.20.10
  • New Krpano plugins in version 1.20.10.


To activate the Live Conference plugin - update CMS4VR and the template you are using. Templates are available for download on our website.

Awesome, just one other question, it isn't clear if when purchasing it, do I need to buy both the "main version" and the "branding free" if I want a branding free version... or do I just purchase the branding free one?

There is only one standard licence version. The VIP add-on adds additional features. Branding free is one of the add-ons.
