Spherical stereoscopic video in Oculus Go headset

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a pano tour including a spherical stereoscopic panoramic video (with VR support), and it's work in a PC or mobile phone, but when I'm trying to see in virtual reality headset (Oculus Go) it comes out black and the video does not load. Do you know what could be due?

Hi,

when it comes to video it always depends on:
- the browser
- the system
- and the video itself

Maybe try lowering the video resolution (below 2048x2048) and try a mobile-friendly video-encoding...
