devices="webvr"

Hi Klaus,
I know we already have devices="mobilevr" but this only works for dedicated VR browsers.
Could we also have devices="webvr" that could work in any browser if webvr.isenabled ?

i think this information is not available before the webvr plugin is fully loaded & initialised.
but for devices="..." it would be needed earlier when the xml gets parsed.
