Branding Free license Issue

Hi I have purchased branding free license before 2 days to get rid of the krpano branding to appear on context menu and I found out that if we use krpano testing server that it works but if we have existing pano and if I update tour.js and tour.swf file also that also it is reappearing so basically is not working either for new panos which are created through makepano command or exsting panos.

So can someone please guide me here . *smile*

Hi,

check two things:
- clear your browser cache to make sure that the new files are getting loaded
- look in your xml files if the debug mode is enabled: https://krpano.com/docu/xml/#krpano.debugmode

We already checked this but still it's not working.

- so right now I have a random folder which has all the files related to pano image like this. which is generated by krpano makpano command :

- also I have another folder where krpano is installed like this :-

The first link I have provided in which there is a testing servers which works so it does not show krpano branding on contextmenu. But if I use this same pano on my system it does not work strange !


Can you please guide me here

I have solved the issue I was not replacing the krpano js file which is newly created so that was the only problem.
