Control Bar

Good evening, sorry for my question, but I haven't been on here for a long time.
Can anybody help me?
I would like to change the location of the control bar.
I would like to put it on the left side and not underneath with always this one.
What should I do?

You can't easily for me.
In vtouriskin xml you can change all x an y but is not the simple way.
The best is remake a new one et you can put it where you want.
A good solution with easy re-use fonction
