Maskchildren

Hi,

I was wondering, maybe a stupid question, i might be confused, .. if it would be possible to have the option maskchildren ="ignore"

.. to place in a child layer/(i hope also hotspot soon) to ignore the maskchildren true setting of the parent..
*blink*

Hi,

technically maskchildren=true simply maps to CSS overflow=hidden.

That means an option to ignore that wouldn't be that easy to implement...
To do that two layers/html-elements would be necessary, one with maskchildren/hidden-overflow and one without and then the children elements to be placed in the one or the other.

Because of that afford it would make more sense doing that directly with layers instead of internally simulating the same, especially when it wouldn't be always required for all other layers.

Best regards,
Klaus
