Mapping & Labels

Came across this site - https://uppercase.marketing/little-spring-oct-21/
2 Questions -
1. How has the land area mapping been done for stage 1 and stage 2. Is it in krpano or do we need any other plugins? (similar to how it has been done for Stage 1 and stage 2)
2. Have the sign marks/labels been created in krpano or do we need any plugins?
Are these images or text labels?
