How to add subitems to combobox

Hi,
Is there any simple way to add subitems to main item in combobox? I'd like to create a combobox that allows the user to expand an additional list after clicking on one of the available positions in main list (items).

I put the image as I'd like it to work in the attachments.Thank you for any support.

Thank you for your offer but I need only a simple solution for the small case.

I'm wodenring if it's possible to insert two combobox one above the other in such a way that the first one when is unfodling, the second one moves down together with the expand layer (underneath) instead of being covered by the first one. What settings for combobox I need to use to make it happend?

Hello, as far as I understand, there are no such settings in the combobox. You can only write your own code or use ready-made solutions.
Approximately what you want here https://novosibpano.ru/VT/menu/, only this option automatically changes the position of the menu depending on the width of the window, try shrinking the browser.
