that's close to what I'd like to do, but really I'd like to spin around the object and then have the hotspots link to other panoramas. Is your plugin capable of doing that?

No. The plugin supports individual rotating objects. It is not possible to add hotspots to other panoramas here.

Seems very similar.

Was done by Milo Timbol (not sure if he is active on the forum here).
He shared it was done using "webrotate" (I assume https://www.webrotate360.com/)

So yes, there is a way to do this with KrPano... ;-)
