Hi Hamid,

a server used by your plugin is down and there is no way to connect to a tour with other devices and video/audio does not work.

In console it says cors-error but I guess that's due to them being down.

https://rtcmulticonnection.herokuapp.com says "Offline for maintenance".


How can my clients manage to use this plugin again?

Thank you Hamid for the quick fix.
Through muazkhans server it works again. I wonder if there will be official cdns for webrtc some day.

I get one error msg in chrome on win10 (firefox doesn't show this error):

HTTP problem Certificated Expired

Hi,
from 11 of june the SSL certificate of https://muazkhan.com:9001/socket.io has expired and the plugin do not work.
Can you update that certificate, and fix it?

Is it possible to extend the plugin to jump to a backup host, in case the first provider throws errors?

Hi Hamid,

I can no longer create video conferencing sessions, a CORS policy error is indicated on the browser console. Has something changed on the configuration parameters or do I simply need a plugin update?

Video conferencing server service in "Down" state

Hello everyone, since my customers and I continue to no longer be able to use the Live Presenter plugin, I kindly ask you if any of you have the same problem.

What I see is that the server service https://rtcmulticonnection.herokuapp.com/ on which the plugin works is in the "Down" state.

Can anyone suggest a way to restore the use of the plugin?
