Issue using the new transition with nadir

Hi,Using the nadir as hotspot: The new transition makes it visible as a ghost even when the hotspot is not visible in either of the two views (origin - destination).
Best regards,
Fernando

Hi, in this gif you can see the krpano logo (as nadir) during the transition which should not be visible:

Hi,

do you have an example for testing?
I'm not able to make a reproducible case...
So far I would assume some custom code is involved that shows that hotspot.

Best regards,
Klaus

Hi,

thanks for the demo - this will be improved in the next release.

Then the keep=true hotspots will stay at their place during the 3d-transition, but even then these settings should be added to the hotspot:

Source code

1
2
3
4
5
<hotspot name="nadirlogo"
  ...
  torigin="view"
  blending="false"
  />

The torigin="view" will make that this nadir hotspot is related to the current view and not the image or 'world' (this should already work and improve the example for your case),

and the blending="false" will exclude that hotspot from the blending/transition (that's a new setting from the next release).

Best regards,
Klaus

Thanks very much Klaus!! *thumbsup*
torigin="view" greatly improves the example, in fact the problem is hardly noticeable.
Best regards,
Fernando
