i got involved in a project and the contractor wants the tour.xml in clear so he can change the location of the tiles and then cipher it with their own license

usually my tour.xml has only hotspots with styles inside the scene and all the programming is in another file which is included at the top so i'm ok with it

but will it work if i provide my programming part encrypted with my license and the tour.xml with their license?

which tour.js will be used? does it decipher both files?

i guess that somehow plugins work similarly like this.
