Preloading .obj file for each floor dollhouse

Do you guys know how to preload .obj file without loading that scene?
I'm currently loading dollhouse scene (using dollhouse.obj file) when access the page but dollhouse scene for each floor is not loading (it using difference .obj file. ex: floor1.obj)
So that when i click load dollhouse scene of floor 1 it loading slow because it need to loading floor1.obj file
