Automatic conversion from equirectangular -> swf

Have any made a script that converts a equirectangular file (tiff or jpg) to swf via krprotect? I have normally generated a multiresolution version but now one site wants all of the panoramas in ONE swf file (no xml's, no tile folders etc). I mean, one panorama in one file.

Is there a change to use krprotect (for OS X) in command line? I think that is the biggest problem now, if no one has made that kind of a script before.

Here's exactly what I wanted to do:

equirectangular.tiff -> 1500x1500 (6 cubes) + preview file
xml generated automatically from a template
those 6 cubes goes though a krprotect and makes a SWF-file.

Is this possible now? (with Mac or WIn - LInux version of krprotect isn't out now, or is it?)

Thanks!
- Juha

Hi,

I had already the same idea

the beta 9 release will contain a kprotect commandline tool and a droplet that combines all together: converting to cube (if needed) and embedding all to one swf,

best regards,
Klaus

Heh, thanks Klaus! After couple of hours from releasing the tools, I have been building a linux based tool for converting panos to different formats. :-) Wonderful work Klaus!!
