firebug use - how to debug my pano with it

I've seen several references to using firebug to help debug some issues with panos and what is loading / when.

I've played around with it some and have to admit to being a bit stumped with where to even look to find out information.

Under which tab in firebug do you look in order to see what's going on?

Maybe I'm trying to see information that isn't really there?
