scrollable and magnetic?

Hi,
this is a question concerning the scrollarea plugin:

I have an idea for some interface elements using the scrollarea plugin. I would like to create layer-elements which are draggable. When i drop them onto a defined position or onto another layer-element i want to trigger an event, like letting the dragged element snap in, or something.

Here is a similar function using javascript:
http://jqueryui.com/droppable/
http://farhadi.ir/projects/html5sortable/

Is this possible using krpano? Has anyone an idea how to make it, or somebody did this before?

Best,
Jan
