config setting: "xmlimageparameters=" for normal-pano-droplets too

Hi,

please allow the config setting xmlimageparameters working with non-multires-pano-droplets.

I have to use this setting for little preview-panos (see my feature request regarding the prealign parameter) and it's just not necessary to make a multires-version of a 2500x5000px wide panorama image.
