Noooooo
that would to much honour *w00t*

i think the code could be much smarter...

i found a small bug though making this.. which was started as a small study ( as always with me)
I'll try to pinpoint it and make a bare bone example of that bug.

Tuur,

Awesome plugin, I've been looking for that for ages! Thanks!

I changed the gallery.xml a bit, so you can make photogroups, instead of showing them all.

For everybody who would like to use that, just group the photo's like this:

<pic1>
<photo name="photo_0" url="../images/1.jpg" />
<photo name="photo_1" url="../images/2.jpg" />
<photo name="photo_2" url="../images/3.jpg" />
<photo name="photo_3" url="../images/4.jpg" />
<photo name="photo_4" url="../images/5.jpg" />
<photo name="photo_5" url="../images/6.jpg" />
<photo name="photo_6" url="../images/7.jpg" />
<photo name="photo_7" url="../images/8.jpg" />
</pic1>
<pic2>
<photo name="photo_0" url="../images/9.jpg" />
<photo name="photo_1" url="../images/10.jpg" />
<photo name="photo_2" url="../images/11.jpg" />
<photo name="photo_3" url="../images/12.jpg" />
</pic2>

and for the hotspots:

<hotspot name="Spot1" edge="bottom" visible="true" onclick="gallery(1);show_gallery();" url="Template/spots/spot1.png" ath="0" atv="0"/>
<hotspot name="Spot2" edge="bottom" visible="true" onclick="gallery(2);show_gallery();" url="Template/spots/spot1.png" ath="15" atv="0"/>

Hi Arthur,

Great idea, didn't think about that yet.
My 'creation' was just a simple study and i thought it was nice to share.
There are a lot of things you could change, or make better.
I'm working on a few changes as well as i need them.

Cheers,
Arthur (Tuur) *thumbsup*

I made a small change to the slider version.
now, with a slow connection, you don't see the old pic first in the new slide before the new pic is loaded, but you see the white background and the text loading.

hope it makes sense

edit: i've changed the attachment. There was a missing enabled false and path mistake.

Pretty cool, Tuur *thumbsup* I especially like the way the slide-gallery works! There are still a few bugs to solve. If you slide the image and hold the mouse button/finger, then the gallery keeps sliding without showing any images and after some time all that´s left, is the white frame. But still, great work and another great example from the master of unconventional krpano-coding! Next beer in the krpano-bar is on me *g*

Thanks Nupsi,

Well should you call that a bug?
My car has a bug to.. When i turn right in a left curve it crashes all the time ;-)

Seriously, it is also handy when you want to scroll quick to a specific picture.
But, ok. Show us your solution Nupsi. I don't have a clue at the moment.
Maybe do an if is pressed do nothing --- on up set if pressed slide.. ?

Is this so unconventional?
It was just a small study.
I think when i would rewrite it with a serious gallery in mind i would change some things and maybe have less code as well.

Tuur *thumbsup*

whoa...there´s somebody in a bad morning-mood *g* *just kidding* ;-)

Seriously though....I think, you got me wrong, Tuur, or maybe I didn´t express myself very well. I didn´t mean that it´s wrong that the images are not shown if you keep the finger/mouse button pressed and all images are flying by! That´s even kinda cool *thumbup* What I meant was that if you keep the finger pressed for a longer time and then stop, all photos are disappered and instead of the photos you´re scrolling through empty white frames.
So no offense, I didn´t meant to critizise your work! But after all, this is a coding-forum and I think it´s ok to point out noticed errors and bugs ;-)

Best regards,
Nupsi

Tuur, thanks for the plugin. But when you press the "close" button, the text "show gallery" neve appears again. Could you please fix that? *rolleyes*

picture size bug

good afternoon, Tuur!
Photo Gallery is very good, but it has a drawback - fotorafy size proportional to the size of the screen. herefore, small photos are stretched and become bad form (
Bag pleced in action good gallery_size()...

Hi Tuur
It works great, especially gallery slide in touch devices. I have one gallery on the first scene tour, this works fine. In the fourth scene I have two galleries, two hotspot, one to open each. The photos are in different locations. Always appears the same gallery when I click on any button. I tried the suggestion of Arthur to show groups but it does not work, it always shows the same. Where am I wrong?
I am using the second xml provided by TUUR

The code

<hotspot name="linea" url="hotspots/icon2.png" devices="all" style="tooltip" tooltip="Línea de Tiempo" ath="-493.000" atv="-13.900" visible="true"
scale.mobile="0.55"
alpha="0.9" zoom="true" onclick.mobile="set(visible,false);show_gallery();" />

Hi,

This was very old stuff, i think i took it offline, not sure.
I would advice to use this one
https://krpano.com/plugins/userplugins/swipegallery/#top
Or build your own of course .
Don't forget to donate him!
