Drag Icons not working

Sorry, I have another question.

I have updated the Drag icons on a couple of my panos and they work perfectly fine offline, yet when I upload them they do not work and only the standard Windows arrow icon appears. Here is one of the panos in question, do the icons work for you? - http://www.eventfloorplans.co.uk/venues/…eat-hall-3.html

Many thanks

If you mean the icon that change mode for dragging the pano, it works for me. But the cursor is not changing, because i'm viewing in html5 mode.

Thanks, I mean the icons that show in place of the standard Windows arrow icon for your mouse.

This is what I get when I view the plan offline, which is correct:

And this is what I get when the pano has been uploaded:

Just as a test, I have re-installed KRpano tools and used the default settings to create a pano and this also does not work, so I'm guessing there is a bug somewhere :(

I mentioned that. It works for Flash only, you are viewing in html5 mode i suppose.

I'm sorry, I misunderstood you. I don't know if it is in HTML5 mode or not, how can I check? on my old panos, using the previous krpano tool, the mouse pointers work fine, like in this pano - http://www.eventfloorplans.co.uk/venues/…eception-4.html

Maybe the new tool forces it to HTML5? I didn't know the mouse pointers did not work in HTML5, I am using the latest version of Chrome.

Please see here about enable/disable html5 http://krpano.com/docu/html/#html5

Ok thanks, but I'd rather keep HTML5 enabled if possible. If its a case of not seeing the custom mouse icons in HTML5 then I'll live with that. However! I have just updated my Chrome to version Version 34.0.1847.131 m and now the panos in HTML5 do not work well at all, they are really really slow and all of the tiles do not load correctly and the pano has distortion problems :( I may have to start another thread about this or contact support.
