Bing Maps default settings

Sorry guys for all the bing maps stuff but just getting my head round it all.

I am usng the default bing maps ="true" not the plugin. Is there a way to set a default zoom level? Also I have for example a number of panos all of diffrent rooms within a house but I only need to show one marker on the map to show where the house is located. Is it possible to put the lng, lat data somewhere as a single default marker?

are you asking about the maps from the vtourskin.xml skin or about the bingmaps plugin itself?

Hi,

first look in the vtourskin.xml for this element:

<layer name="skin_map" ...
and change there the zoom setting and also set the startup map center lat/lng settings.

then look for this line:

zoomToSpotsExtent();
and remove it.
