180° image into smartphone don't work

Hi,

I'm working on a project that use only 180° image.

I batch the image with the "MAKE VTOUR (NORMAL) droplet.bat" to creat the differents images.

It works fine under Desktop and Laptop but it doesn't work on Smartphone.

Into the XML file there is no code to load this 180° image on Smartphone. So the images are not load.

How can I fixe that ?

Hi,

partial panos with a hfov below 360 aren't supported by the HTML5 viewer.

The only way to use them anyway at the moment, would be to extent them to a hfov of 360 (e.g. by adding black canvas around) and then limiting the viewing range in the xml - e.g. via:
