Can't load plugin when using direct url parameters

Hi,

Several scenes in my tour have audio so I've added the following code to each of the scenes but obviously change the name of the mp3/ogg file. This works fine and up pops the 'snd' plugin to toggle the audio.

I then realised it only works correctly when I choose the scenes from the scrolling thumbnails and not when I do a direct url link to a scene.

example: www.mywebsite.com/tour/#/scene_huey1

The scene loads, the audio is nice and loud (it sounds like a helicopter is in your living room *g* ) but no 'snd' plugin appears so users will have issues trying to turn it off.

I can't work out why the plugin won't load as it should just because it's a direct url and not chosen from the thumbnails?
As I'm using SWFAddress and text links here and there on a Museum website going to specific scenes it's going to be a big issue.

The brain is once again baffled and any help is greatly appreciated.
