Hi,
QuoteI've just downlaod the KRPano 1.18 and I've a watermark.
The licenses for 1.17 are working also in 1.18 - if not check the license code, try entering it again, if still not working contact me by mail and include all information about your license.
Nice update. But
<hotspot ... zoom="true" />
still doesn't work in HTML5 :(
What do you mean - in which case?
But the MAC OSX disk image seems to be corrupted!!
Try clearing the browser cache and downloading again.
The file itself on the server is okay.
Best regards,
Klaus

Very simple example. Flat pano, html5 prefered. One hotspot (zoom=true scale=0.1)
If you not specify scale, the icon is so large that it covers the whole panorama, if you scale it down it seems to work properly but there's one problem - you cannot setting scale lower than 0.02. If you did it, the icon will disappear entirely.

Thanks for this example - I wasn't aware about that kind of bug.
I have analyzed the problem now and it was a rounding problem - the resulting sizes were rounded and so become 0 in this case - and the 0 as size was the reason for the hidden hotspot. This will be fixed in the next release (1.18.1).
As workaround you would either add - accuracy="1" - to disable the rounding - or use - distorted="true" - to show the hotspot as distorted hotspot, there this problem doesn't exists.
Best regards,
Klaus
Thanks. I'll try.
Temporarily I've made a function that scale hotspots according to zoom levels. However it looks terrible...
Here a small example with accuracy=1 and a testing animation:
http://ai360.pl/projekty/lublin/test.html?hotspot[hs1].accuracy=1&hotspot[hs1].onloaded=tween(scale,0.001,1,default,tween(scale,0.02,1,default,onloaded()));
Wow... Nice URL
Many thanks Klaus.
HTML5 Version not available!
I can try it in my computer but when I did upload to the server it show "HTML5 Version not available! "
What wrong i did?
Now, I have no problem about html5 any more.
But just found that when it play on iPhone it do not have control bar, what wrong?
Hey tanate, there is no html5 error, so most probably is about your code, or structure of files or other things. I m sure that if you post your question in the right place, like beginer questions you will get help very quickly. Also having a link to the error would be important.

Thank you jordi
I can slove my problem already.
I do not post it in beginer questions because this is relate to 360vdo that just release in v 1.18
Now I remain the problem that my 360vdo can show in iPhone but it do not show control bar, any reason for this happen?
but it do not show control bar
Which 'control bar'?
I'm not aware about any problems with hidden 'control bars' on the iPhone and I don't know any reason why something should be hidden unintendedly...
Best regards,
Klaus
So would it now be possible to change a pano from Spherical view to a flat equirectangular with a button that works with all devices or is it still a problem? As now little planet works on mobile devices.
Please see this link in PC and in iPhone you will see that no play control bar in iPhone5
Hi,
sorry, but I can't see a missing control bar in your link...
The only problem that I see is that you're using a 1920x960 video for the iPhone 5 and this is bad for the rendering performance - see the iOS notes in the first post or in the videoplayer documentation (and the loading of your page is very very slow here in Austria).
Best regards,
Klaus
Thank you for reply , I will return back to see what you guide.
Hi Klaus,
what for great new update! THANKS THANK THANKS!!!!! So many new features, 360Videos in HTML5, WAU! Very good fixes, just perfect! The linked Text as a data Element works now perfect on Android;-)
And the new deviceChecksForAttributes is very cool, saving som if() conditions...;-)
https://krpano.com/docu/xml/#devicechecksforattributes
Right now i try this feature for dynamic created layers, which seems not to work...???
Simple example:
set(layer[myLayer].x.desktop, 260);
set(layer[myLayer].x.tablet, 220);
set(layer[myLayer].x.mobile, 180);
no success...
Intersting:
I load some of the styles via loadstyle() and in the styles I have defined
with.dektop=""
with.tablet=""
and so on and that works...
but I need different x-Pos.
Best regards,
Steve
Hi,
Right now i try this feature for dynamic created layers, which seems not to work...???
Simple example:
set(layer[myLayer].x.desktop, 260);
set(layer[myLayer].x.tablet, 220);
set(layer[myLayer].x.mobile, 180);
The 'device checks for attributes' is a 'static filter' that will be resolved during the xml parsing - it decides if the attribute will be set to the given value or not, but there is finally only one attribute that will be get the value.
For dynamic code the if() action would need to be used.
Your example would look like this:
if(device.desktop, set(layer[myLayer].x, 260) );
if(device.tablet, set(layer[myLayer].x, 220) );
if(device.mobile, set(layer[myLayer].x, 180) );
Best regards,
Klaus
Thanks for this Klaus, with the new version 1.18 I want to update some of my older tours created on the last version. Is it a simple case of just replacing the new version of tour.swf and associated plugins?
Many thanks.
Yes - either manually replace the files or use the Update Tool from the 'krpano Tools' application for this - just drop the whole pano/tour folder into the Update Tool and press the 'Update Files' button. This will automatically update the viewer files and replace the plugins with their newest version.
Best regards,
Klaus
Thanks klaus
