360 video without audio on Iphone 5 (1.18.1)

Dear

i try to open the krpano examples and my video ( 360 video ) through iphone it's open and very smooth but without audio

the same 360 video through Android very good video and audio !!

is this problem from my device or what ?

Hi,

that's normal - the problem is Apple - they don't allow playing videos on the iPhone in non-fullscreen-mode. krpano uses a trick to bypass this restriction to play the video anyway, but this way the audio can't be played.
