Layer container and percentage size issue

If I try to add this kind of layer :

When I resize the window sometimes the x=0 becomes x=1 and so my interface is 1pixel on the left.
Verified on latest Chrome and Firefox browser + Windows 7 into Flash and HTML5 viewers.

Hi,

that normal and due rounding / pixel-grid-fitting - when using a horizontal centered align (like align=top) and the parent layer size (or the screen size) isn't dividable by 2.

To avoid that either set the accuracy setting to 1:

or for such case (width=%100) better use align=lefttop - then such can't happen because then there will be no centering.
