Mysterious krpano tools output

hi all:

Thanks for a wonderful and useful forum. I recent captured (hand held) a scene, stitched in ptgui and dropped the 12000 x 6000 .tif image on the multi res krpano tool process. I use this frequently and have not had issues, whether hand held or using a tripod.

However, this time it is different.

The krpano output:

The black and white image is strange as the source is RGB. I've tried any number of variations in Photoshop to save .tif files. Nothing appears abnormal. I have used this process for years.

Nothing wrong with your image.

Problem must be somewhere in your droplet or templates.

Thank you. I did try re-installing krpano, without success.

I will look further into that.

Hi,

that's strange - krpano should support all .tif formats that PTGUI can generate (except the 32bit HDR format).

Can you send me your not working .tif file?
