Create Equirectangular Video From 360 Video

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can create equirectangular video from 360 video? I use Kodak PIXPRO SP360 to record/live stream.

I found a tutorial that does this with Blender but I'm looking for a simple tool so anyone can use.
