Fulldome projection

Hi
Are there any experiences with fulldome projection in combination with Krpano?
E. G. In a way similar to fulldome projection software digistar? I.e. Doing the 360° projection by a couple of computers and gpu's where every single computer is doing only one part of the full projection?
