How to create Mac OSX droplet?

    Preparing droplet that is integrating my plugin I came to question on how Windows user, like me, can create Mac OSX compatible droplet not having Mac or experience working with Mac OSX.
    Any help, idea or proposal is welcome.

    so far I know it's not possible to create OSX droplets without having a Mac.

    On OSX itself they could be created using the 'Apple Script Editor', which should be either pre-installed or need X-Code to be installed.
