Problem displaying videos en flash

This is a panorama of an intervention of a local artist, containing 4 videos.
On the client computer, the panoramic image opens in flash, and the videos are deformed, which does not happen in html5.
Onhover tooltips shown by the showtext plugin, only shown in html5, and flash are not shown.
The first link is html5=only,
the second link is html5= auto, and first playback of the videos in flv.
What should I do to make FLV videos are not distorted?
When the flv are not present, only mp4 and webm, flash does not show two videos.
