a 3 min bug ???

    Hi,
    Yesterday a bug occurred during 3 minutes on a tour with krpano 1.8.4

    What could be the reason ?

    Hi,

    that's not a bug, but there can be several reasons:

    • the network connection is lost
    • the server responded with an error message for that file request
    • loading time-out (no response from the server for 30-300 seconds - the timeout-time depends on the browser)
