Hotspots over image

Hi, Does anybody know how I could add second-level hotspots over an image oppened when I click over a first-level hotspot in a panorama? I need to add hotspots in a main 360º panorama and then when I click over each single one it might appear an image that might include as well hotspots to click over and show small texts. Is that possible? Many thanks
