Unknown Error with .webm

Hello,

I'm converting my videos from mp4 to webm to be played at mobile devices and iOS using MiroConverter. Krpano is throwing an 'Unknown Error!' every time i try to load the video on my phone. I need a clue to solve this problem so i can finish a work for a client.

Are you getting this error on an Android device? iOS will not handle webm. You should set up iOS to play the mp4.

Yes im getting this error on an Android device. I will do that with iOS. Thanks.
Any clue of what to do with android?

Now the video is playing in some android devices but cannot move across it.
