I own the krpano license and the krpano branding free license but I still have a right mouse click context menu

We have purchased the licenses and I need to know how to disable the right mouse click context menu.

when I use the following in my xml:

<contextmenu fullscreen="false" versioninfo="false" />

"About the krpano Panoramic viewer"

That looks like the whole branding thing. My employer swears he purchased the Branding Free License, who can I contact about that?
