How to put a semi-transparent image on top of panorama which cover the whole screen?

I am quite beginner in this software. Currently I am using html with css to achieve this. But I am looking for solution using krpano xml structure.

Before entering the actual panorama, there is a semi-transparent image cover on top of it. Disappear after clicking it.

How can I achieve it? Thanks for any reply in advance.
