Dynamic streaming

Facebook is going to use dynamic streaming for 360 video, loading only the part user is watching.
Wondering if Klaus can achieve this too?

I think this would need to have the video sliced in different tiles, just like the multires panos (or even the normal panos) , and so the syncro between videos may be an issue....

By the way, something is what mark zuckerberg says, the other is that actually the 360 video player from facebook is the worst I have ever seen, by far... Hope they could just print normal resolution videos corectly instead of so many words...

Also I'm not sure if this is for facebook itself or for the GEAR VR
