Switch to 1.19 and now my hotspots don't show up

Hi

My hotspots were working fine in 1.18 and then switch to 1.19 and no my hotspots are gone and I'm not using webvr. Did I miss something?

Source code

1
2
<hotspot name="spot4"  style="hotspot_ani_white" ath="+25" atv="+10" zorder='3' zorder2='3' onclick="showlog(); onHotspotClicked(); " />
<style name="hotspot_ani_white"	       url="img/hotspot_ani_white_64x64x20.png"	       crop="0|0|64|64"	       framewidth="64" frameheight="64" frame="0" lastframe="19"            distorted='true'	       onloaded=""    />

I'm having the same issue. Hotspots seem to exist (i.e. they are clickable) but they are invisible.

I noticed that if I configure a hotspot like this, the hotspot is visible:

Source code

1
keep="true"

Another hack that seems to work is something like this:

Source code

1
2
keep="false"
onloaded="switch(hotspot[spot1].keep)"

There is another issue I came across by looking at the network traffic:
The hotspot icon (and the skin icons) seem to be loaded twice (see attachment "network.gif").

Would be great if these issues get fixed soon, as a project is about to start (v1.19 is required because of new gyro-plugin).

Cheers.

Thanks keep='true' seems to work for me as well.

Maybe an old bug.

Bug: Hotspots with autoalpha="true" do not appear after using loadscene(...blend(0.5)) webgl only.

A fix is to cycle through all hotspots and manually set them to be alpha 1 or visible true if they should be.

Hm, no. This fix doesn't have to seem any effect - hotspots are still invisible/transparent . Tried it like this:

Source code

1
2
3
4
5
6
<action name="OnXMLComplete">
     for(set(i,0), i LT hotspot.count, inc(i),
     set(hotspot[get(i)].alpha, 1)
     set(hotspot[get(i)].visible, true)
);
</action>

Any other ideas/fixes?

Hi

add ; on the end of line...

set(hotspot[get(i)].alpha, 1);

Source code

<action name="OnXMLComplete">
     for(set(i,0), i LT hotspot.count, inc(i),
     set(hotspot[get(i)].alpha, 1);
     set(hotspot[get(i)].visible, true);
);
</action>

Quoted

add ; on the end of line...

Sorry, was a typo. I have the semicolons in my xml. It doesn't work - with or without semicolons.

Is the action even running?
Shouldn't that be an event?
Use the trace function always.
%0 is the action name, %1 %2 etc are the arguments.
Put traces at the start, end etc to ensure things work.
