360 video on Android via LTE (working fine on WiFi)

Hi!
When I using LTE - 360 pano don't working.
The onVideoReady event is not given through LTE.
Video size is 800kb.
What can be wrong?

The reason of this bug - is empty posters. After upload the JPG-posters - everything works fine :)
