We are working on a 3 minute long 360 video.
Everything was going well - all testing was done on various devices.
Now - more or less out of the blue - I have two separate issues that came up.
1. On some computers 360 videos do not load in Chrome using a Windows PC. The site simply freezes. Has anyone had this issue?
I am thinking this might be a client side issue (hardware or network), but wanted to see if anybody had experienced this and possibly know of a solution.
2. On iOS in Safari the video loops after playing about 2 min instead of the full 3 min. This does not happen on Android and from my recollection did not happen previously on iOS.
