It depends on what format of video you want to use, whether it is a local .m4v file or a youtube video. Take a look at this : http://krpano.com/examples/119/krpano.ht…ideohotspot.xml

If it's some online content, you could search for adding iframes in your scene. That isn't that complicated. It basically takes a hotspot and an action to add the iframe in the hotspot.
