Okay, but what do you mean? Good or bad?

But basically it depends on the browser itself - some browsers are sending a pause event before complete and some not... (and krpano forwards these events of course).

Pause is always a different case than completed.

I doubt if this is browser limitation, since I html5 video fires pause and complete properly.

This always creates problem, since I am unsure if the video was paused explicitly or got completed. Nor any flag like iscompleted helps in this case. :-|
