How to create hotspot animation by krpano webgl like with css transition?

    Hello!!
    I have one question about hotspot animation by using webgl. I have found one example that was made with css3 transition and now I want to know is it possible to create something similar using krpano webgl(and better without sprite images). Here css example(just hover on circle and you will it animation).

    WebGL is a low-level rendering API!
    All kind of look or animation or stuff need to be coded low-level by placing triangles and defining how to fill these triangles...

    And there is currently no external WebGL API for the krpano hotspot rendering...
