Mpeg Dash

Hi Klaus,

i was wondering if mpeg-Dash is or will be supported?
A clients asks this.

( I did a quick search on google and find out that mpeg dash is not supported by iOS and more. So i wonder if this a serious option in the first place..)

iOS doesn't support the Media Source Extension so there is no ability to play Mpeg-Dash with an external library.
But iOS devices can read an HLS format !
