iframe embedded tour changes focus

  • Hello,

I am using an iframe to embed a Panotour export on a WordPress site. For some reason when the iframe loads it makes the page jump/scroll down.

You can see it happen here: http://axxess.co.uk/space/

I opened a ticket with my theme supplier and we disabled all plugins/switched to the parent theme and eventually found it was caused by the iframe.

The site has a header and a scroll down button. When the iframe loads it seems to make the page scroll to this point.

Is there a parameter I can pass to stop this from happening?

    - edit - this only seems to affect Firefox browsers

  • Hi,

I have never heard about such and I think it would be strange if an iframe itself and its content could cause scrolling down a website, but if that's the case, then maybe only the default enabled giving of the 'focus' to the viewer element could be reason...

To avoid that disable the 'focus' setting in the embedding code:
    https://krpano.com/docu/html/#focus

    Maybe that helps...
If not, then I think the reason must be something else beside the iframe or the krpano viewer...

    Best regards,
    Klaus
