Virtual Tour Builder (VT Builder) is designed for local work (localhost server).
Virtual Tour Builder is a complete tool for creating and editing virtual tours, which were created by krpano tool MAKE VTOUR (MULTIRES) droplet or MAKE VTOUR (NORMAL) droplet (www.krpano.com).
Virtual Tour Builder works in the browser environment.

small bug so far:

Source code

INFO: krpano 1.19-pr8 (build 2016-09-30)
INFO: HTML5/Desktop - Chrome 54.0 - WebGL
INFO: Registered to: XYZ
INFO: Virtual Tour Builder 1.5 - (build 2016-11-21) - Template: Spartacus-dark 1.5 (build 2016-11-09)
ERROR: hotspot[vr_cat_0_scene_06] - loading of 'skin/xmls/vrmenu/thumbs.php?thu=panos/06.tiles/thumb.jpg&txt=Büro&pcolor=0,107,190' failed! !

it seems to fail on special characres. (very important to my german clients!)
after changeing "Büro" to "Buero" the error diapears.

image.php and thumbs.php doesn't work on my local server (GD- and FreeType-library are there)

I tested 'Büro' string in my example and everything work fine. *blink*

All UTF-8 characters are supported. Send some link example.

If it works properly on the online server and does not work for you localy, it means that the problem is in the configuration of your local server. Locally, it does not make sense. A normal user will quickly open the link than to install the server on his own mobile device.

sorry but it doesn't work properly on the online server, as i mentioned .. (i will send you PM with links to examples ..)

the other sugestion:
is it possible to modify the structure of the VR-menu for projects with only one category (99% of my krpano work) to swich directly from index to thumbs.

it should work properly with krpano test server, isn't it?
sorry guys but it doesn't.
i've tested it on win10 and on MacOS-Sierra (chrome, FF).
in both cases same error:

Sorry but no.

"The krpano Testing Server is a small, simple and easy-to-use static-file localhost server."

In other words, you can't. This server does not support php scripts and many other features of true php server. I can not do anything about it. I would add the option to disable the menu in the list of modules.

Hi Piotr, for the most part of my business I produce say a virtual tour of a property and then I offer it to any number of real estate agents. In each case for each agent I create a new html file which points to the appropriate xml file for that agent which enables me to specifically brand the tour for each agent but only having to create one initial tour. Would this be possuble with the Tour Builder?

The best solution would be to create a new developer template for real estate agents. I need to know what the template should contain and what is unnecessary.
