get() support inside tween with several target variables

Hi Klaus!

Today I was working with tween(); action and I am so used to tweening several variables at a time that I thought it would be quite handy if tween(); could support get(); inside target variables. For example:

Source code

1
tween(view.vlookat|view.fov, 0|get(target_fov), 0.3);

Now It doesn't work. Would be nice to have such feature ;-) If it's possible, of course.

Alexey

Hi,

yes would be nice..
A work around could be to make the tween line with calc: and then execute as an action
like

Source code

1
2
3
4
 set(fix, 20);
 set(_test, calc:'tween(width|height, 200|' + fix + ', 0.3);');

_test();

Hi,

using calc() would be the intended solution for this.

E.g. this way:

Source code

1
tween(view.vlookat|view.fov, calc('0|'+target_fov), 0.3);

or this way for two variables:

Source code

1
tween(view.vlookat|view.fov, calc(target_vlookat+'|'+target_fov), 0.3);

Best regards,
Klaus
